New Neighbor

Just a quick note to mention that I have a new neighbor in the apartment above mine.  For those of you who have read previous postings in my blog, you know that the previous tenant of that apartment was a nightmare.  Loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate, etc.  So I was a little nervous when I saw someone moving in.  “Here we go again!”, I thought.

But this guy seems really nice.  He is a single dad (newly divorced), only has his kids every other weekend, says he will be gone most of the time working, said he is very aware of what is it is like to live in a downstairs apartment and will try to be as quiet as possible and said he can help if there is anything the rest of us need done.  So that all sounds great!!

It’s been a couple of days and so far so good. Not too noisy.  Doesn’t park in the wrong spot in the parking lot. Seems to be a good neighbor.  Let’s hope this lasts….or at least lasts until I can buy a house and move.
