Snow Day

How is this for a sweet treat?  I had three weeks off from work, worked for two days, and then had today off because it is snowing!!  Isn’t that just a nice treat?

It really did snow hard today. We must have received 14 inches of snow in my town and it is still coming down. The wind is blowing pretty hard and that is just making things look that much worse.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention it.  It felt strange to have another day off after taking all the other time off. I didn’t quite know what to do with myself all day. I watched TV, took a nap, read my book, watched TV, shoveled snow and watched TV some more.

Actually I was pretty bored all day.  I should have done some stuff around the house but I am still recovering from being sick and just didn’t have the energy to tackle any big jobs. I figure they will still be waiting for me to do when the weekend rolls around.

Anyway, I hope that everyone enjoyed the snow, has dug themselves out and are ready to get back in the swing of things tomorrow! I know I am!
